Douchebag doesn't talk, well, he can, chooses not to. He is autistic with selective mutism, agender and asexual aromantic, he/it/they. it is american and the dovahkiin. he has the superpower of friendship, being capable of making facebook friends like no one else has ever made friends before.

he has a weird dali style moustache that's just... odd for his age, his hair is dyed with blonde streaks and it is completely fried from bleaching and dyeing. its a mess.
quite often he dresses in extravagant ways to showcase his true asshole personality.

Douchebag is friends with all of south park / most of it and around another 3.2 billion people on his old facebook account, but of course he has some best friends in between those billions of people. here they are.

CARTMAN is his best friend solely because he instantly invited him to play. otherwise, douchebag thinks cartman is an asshole and cartman makes fun of his geeky side and lgbt identity all the time. whatever.

RANDY might be his best friend as a trauma response to the alien abduction, abortion and mr slave's assnuke. I don't think theres other reasons to be his friend.

KEVIN STOLEY is his best friend because they both love star trek and doctor who. he sometimes plays with the kids from the federation as a friendly klingon ally to the USS kevin.

IKE is his best friend because he is funny. he can actually relate to ike alot, because ike barely talks with coherence and he doesn't talk at all. it's like some weird telepathic communication they got going on.
